ORDER PROCESS

How ordering works

Drawing or standard

Most parts are produced on a contract basis according to drawings or fastener standards.

Sizes and agreement

Thread diameters from M3 to M12. Length up to 82 mm. Work starts with a drawing and contract.

Tooling and sample

For all non-standard products we design and produce dedicated tooling in the volume required for the order.

Series production

After the sample is produced and approved, the part is launched into serial production.

Key technical questions about materials, standards, dimensions, quality control and launching custom parts into production.

What fasteners do you produce?
We produce standard and custom fasteners: bolts, flange bolts, screws with metric, inch and combination threads, self-tapping screws, thread-forming fasteners, rivets, axes, bushes, eccentric parts and special items according to customer drawings.
Do you work to GOST and OST?
Yes. Parts can be manufactured to GOST and OST fastener standards or to customer drawings, taking into account material, dimensions, application and batch requirements.
Can you make a custom part from a drawing?
Yes. Work starts with a drawing, technical requirements and a contract. For non-standard items we design and manufacture tooling, then produce a sample and launch series after approval.
What sizes are available?
The main range is M3 to M12, part length up to 82 mm. Specific parameters depend on the drawing, material, design and production requirements.
What materials do you use?
Steel 10, Steel 20, Chromium steel, 20MnN4, 30MnB4, 16KhSN, steel of GOST 3282, aluminium, stainless steels, brass and copper.
What strength class is possible?
Parts with strength class up to 12.9. The required class is agreed based on application, material and technical requirements.
How is quality control performed?
Parts dimensions are controlled during production. When required, parts are controlled at an optical sorting machine before shipment.
What is checked during control?
Geometry, hardness, material used and zinc coating are checked. Control can be agreed for specific order requirements.
Can you sort parts?
Yes. We perform parts sorting, including pre-shipment control and 100% sorting on an optical sorting machine when required.
How is serial production launched?
After the drawing, material and order terms are agreed, tooling and a sample are produced. After sample approval, the part goes into serial production.
